Encouraging connection, not replacing it
Little Lumen World is designed to encourage connection, not replace it. You will find that our Little Lumen Play and Little Lumen Learn videos include simple parent prompts and interaction ideas to help turn screen time into shared moments of talking, moving, noticing and exploring together.
Responsible Use Note: Little Lumen content is designed as optional, brief, caregiver-led shared media. It is not a developmental treatment, a substitute for real-world play, or something a baby needs in order to reach milestones. For children under 18 months, current AAP guidance emphasises real-world interaction and WHO guidance advises against sedentary screen time for infants and 1-year-olds. This is why our Little Lumen Sensory videos are purposefully limited to ten minutes in length. If families choose to use Little Lumen, we encourage co-viewing, talking, movement and a return to hands-on play.
